Microsomes from normal Sprague Dawley rats, as well as rats that have been treated with a number of xenobiotic agents that have been reported to induce the expression of specific xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes are also available (See M3893-32, M3893-30, M3893-31 and M3893-38). Applications: Suitable for use in Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis/Western Blot. 20ul is sufficient for mini-gels. Larger gels will require more sample to be loaded.
