| Description | Microsomes from male Sprague Dawley rats treated with Dexamethasone, which induces high levels of cytochrome P450 3A1. Microsomes from normal Sprague Dawley rats, as well as rats that have been treated with a number of xenobiotic agents that have been reported to induce the expression of specific xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes are also available (See M3893-29, M3893-30, M3893-32, and M3893-38). Enzyme activity: Not enzymatically active Applications: Suitable for use in Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis/Western Blot. 20ul is sufficient for mini-gels. Larger gels will require more sample to be loaded. Storage and Stability: Stable for at least one year at -20°C and indefinitely at -70°C. | ||
