| Description | Microsomes from normal Sprague Dawley rats. Miccrosomes from Sprague Dawley rats that have been treated with a number of xenobiotic agents that have been reported to induce the expression of specific xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes are also available (see M3893-29, M3893-30, M3893-31 and M3893-38). Enzyme activity: Not enzymatically active Applications: Suitable for use in Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis/Western Blot. 20ul is sufficient for mini-gels. Larger gels will require more sample to be loaded. Storage and Stability: Stable for at least one year at -20°C and indefinitely at -70°C. | ||
