| Description | Coiled-coil-helix-coiled-coil-helix domain containing 2 HCV NS2 trans-regulated protein. Recombinant protein corresponding to CHCHD2, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~17.4kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
