Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-304 from human MBP at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~34kD Application: Useful as an immunogen or as a substrate for phosphorylation, citrullination, or methylation studies. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
