| Description | Human membrane metallo-endopeptidase (MME), also known as CALLA, neutral endopeptidase (NEP), CD10, and Neprilysin (GenBank Accession No. NM_000902.3), a.a. 52-750(end), with N-terminal His-tag, MW= 81kDa, expressed in HEK293 cell expression system. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa52-750 from MME at N-terminus, fused to His-tag expressed in an HEK293 cell expression system. Molecular Weight: ~81kD Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
