| Description | CRMP1 is also known as Dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 1 isoform 2. It is necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. It plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration and may participate in cytokinesis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-572 from human CRMP1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~64.8kD (597aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
