| Description | NEuROG3 is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor involved in neurogenesis. The protein likely acts as a heterodimer with another bHLH protein. Defects in this gene are a cause of congenital malabsorptive diarrhea 4 (DIAR4). Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa1-214 from human NeuroG3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~25.1kD (234aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
