| Description | Human nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3), also known as endothelial NOS (eNOS), (GenBank Accession No. NM_000603), amino acids 2 – 1203 (end) with N-terminal His-Flag tag, MW= 135kD, expressed in a baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-1203 from human NOS3 at N-terminal, fused to His-Flag tag expressed in baculovirus infected Sf9. Molecular Weight: ~135kD Application: Useful for the study of enzye kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap | ||
