Description			The Notch ligand delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is essential for postnatal arteriogenesis and contributes to tumor progression. DLL1 is involved in differentiation and self-renewal of adipocyte stem cells. Blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T cell/NK-cell precursor. Recombinant protein corresponding to the signal peptide and extracellular domain of mouse DLL1 (aa1-545) fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Biological Activity: Inhibits adipogenesis of 3T3L-1 cells. Induces Hes-1 in 3T3L-1 cells. Specificity: Interacts with Notch receptors Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
