| Description | DNER is an activator of the Notch1 pathway. It mediates neuron-glia interaction during astrocytogenesis. Biological Activity: Inhibits adipogenesis of 3T3L-1 cells. Sequence: Signal peptide and extracellular domain of human DNER (aa 1-637) are fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1.
