Description TSEN15 (tRNA-splicing endonuclease subunit Sen15) belongs to the SEN15 family. tRNA splicing is a fundamental process required for cell growth and division. SEN15 is a subunit of the tRNA splicing endonuclease. It cleaves pre-tRNA at the 5' and 3' splice sites to release the intron. Purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Source: Recombinant human corresponding to aa1-171 of TSEN15, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. This product is recommended for use in applications that do not require a catalytically active form of the protein. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
