| Description | Protein p62 preferentially binds multiubiquitin chains and forms a novel cytoplasmic structure "sequestosome" which serves as a storage place for ubiquitinated proteins. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human p62, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
