| Description | SAMSN1, also known as HACS1, is a member of putative adaptors and scaffold proteins containing SH3 and SAM (sterile alpha motif) domains. This protein is up-regulated by IL-4 in activated B cells and strongly expressed in dendritic cells. It may have a function analogous to other adaptor proteins that link signaling molecules in signal transduction cascades. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-373 from human SAMSN1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~44.1kD (396aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
