Description			NUDC, also as known as nuclear distribution gene C homolog, is a nuclear distribution protein. This protein plays an essential role in mitosis and cytokinesis. It is involved in spindle formation during mitosis and in microtubule organization during cytokinesis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-331 from human NUDC, fused to His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli.
