| Description | As Gram-negative bacterial isolates producing plasmid-mediated IMP-1 metallo-beta-lactamase usually demonstrate resistance to various broad-spectrum beta-lactams, including cephamycins and carbapenems, transmission and proliferation of these microorganisms in clinical settings could become a clinical threat in the near future. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human IMP-1, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
