Description Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human ErbB3 Fragment, a single non-glycosylated fusion polypeptide chain, containing 171aa (Ser20- Cys190) with N-terminus Thioredoxin Tag and His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~34kD (170aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
