Description			Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 5.0 moles FITC per mole of Guinea Pig IgG Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA (Fluorescent) and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
