| Description | Label: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) (Molecular Weight 444 daltons) Absorption Wavelength: 550 nm Emission Wavelength: 570 nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 1.0 moles TRITC per mole of Bovine IgG F(c) Application(s): Suitable for use in ELISA (Fluorescent) and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution(s): Not specified. Optimal titers for applications should be determined by the researcher. Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after,standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration. | ||
