Description			Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile xxx (ddH2O or PBS other recommended buffer) prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
