| Description | Label: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) (Molecular Weight 390daltons) Excitation Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.5moles FITC per mole of Sheep IgG Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunofluorescence as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. | ||
