| Description | Control Peptide for A3597-34. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: ASAH1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of ASAH1 antibody (A3597-34). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western Blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
