| Description | Blocking Peptide for C2548-91R1 CD178, CT (Apt1lg1, CD95 Ligand, CD95L, CD95-L, Fas Antigen Ligand, Fas Ligand, Faslg, Fasl, Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 6, Tnfsf6). Source: Synthetic peptide mapping to the C-terminus of rat FasL. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug peptide/1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Antibody Blocking: 1ug peptide/1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
