| Description | Control peptide for C1035-27W2. Source: Synthetic peptide mapping to the C-terminus of the domain III of human Calpain-2 large subunit human, mouse, rat. Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: Blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot analysis by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
