| Description | Histone H4 peptide, amino acids 1 to 21, acetylated at the N-terminus and biotinylated on the side chain of Lys. A GG spacer has been added on the C-terminus of Lys. Application: Suitable for use in the study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of Histone 4 (R3) methyltransferases for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. AA Sequence: SGRGKGGKGLGKGGAKRHRKVGG - K(Biotin) Concentration: 200ul @ 400uM Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. | ||
