| Description | Control Peptide for A0906-92B serum and A0906-92A affinity purified. Description: Mouse beta 3 adrenergic (B3AR) is a member G-protein coupled receptor superfamily. They typically contain 7 transmembrane domains. A 20 amino acid peptide sequence mapping at the C-terminus of the mouse B3AR. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA or Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml Use 5-10ug per 1ul of A0906-92B serum or 1ug of A0906-92A affinity purified. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
