| Description | Mouse D4 receptor is a 387 aa, G-protein coupled, and transmembrane receptor protein (1). A 10aa Peptide (Control peptide designated as D4R11-P) sequence from the mouse D4 receptor within the 3rd extracellular domain. No significant sequence homology with other dopamine receptors (D1, D2, D3 or D5). It has sequence homology of 90% with rat (385 aa) and human (467 aa) D4R receptors. | ||
