| Description | Thyroglobulin conjugated synthetic peptide (K-TLPRNSGAGAS) (linear) corresponding to amino acids 840-850 of GluR1 mature chain, with a lysine added to the N-terminus for conjugation. Use as control peptide for phospho-GluR1 (Ser845). Applications: Suitable for use as a negative control for Anti-phospho GLUR1 (S845) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
