Description			c-erbB2 is a receptor tyrosine kinase of the c-erbB family. It is closely related instructure to the epidermal growth factor receptor. c-erbB2 oncoprotein is detectable in a proportion of breast and other adenocarconomas, as well as transitional cell carcinomas. In the case of breast cancer, expression determined by immunohistochemistry has been shown to be associated with poor prognosis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Inhibition Assays and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
