| Description | LAIR-1 is a glycoprotein (~32kD) expressed on the surface of the majority of human peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes including T cells, B cells, NK cells, macrophages and dendritic cells. LAIR-1 functions as an inhibitory receptor in NK cells, T cells and B cells. Lair-1 consists of a leader sequence, extracellular domain, transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic region. The extracellular domain of LAIR-1 (aa22-125) was overexpressed in E. coli. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
