| Description | Source: Recombinant corresponding to 162aa from human Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 1 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~18.3kD Biological Activity: ED50=0.05ug/ml. The biological activity was determined by measuring the inhibition of TNF-a mediated cytotoxicity in murine L929 cells in the presence of 0.25ng/ml TNF-a. sTNF-RI is also known as sCD120a and p60. Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
