| Description | The p75 low affinity human Nerve Growth Factor receptor (TNFRSF16) is expressed on a variety of tissue types including a subset of splenic and nodal lymphocytes. Presence of this receptor supports uptake of intracellular calcium, but not mobilization(3). Its immunological role has not yet been elucidated. NGFR-muIg fusion protein binds to recombinant NGFb coated plates in EIA Human NGFR(p75)-muIg Fusion Protein Molecular Structure: A soluble fusion protein consisting of the extracellular (195aa) domain of human NGFR fused to murine IgG2a Fc (233aa). N-teminal sequence: (29)KEACP Transfectant Cell Line: CHO Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
