Description Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa798-1298 of human VEGFR3 with N-terminal GST tag expressed in baculovirus expression system (NM_182925). Specific Activity: 17pmol/min/ug. Assay conditions: VEGFR3 was incubated with a substrate (Tyr peptide 4) for 1 hour at RT in 1Xkinase buffer supplemented with ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at RT. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
