| Description | TNFRSF1A is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. This protein is one of the major receptors for the tumor necrosis factor-alpha. This receptor can activate the transcription factor NF-kB, mediate apoptosis, and function as a regulator of inflammation. It plays regulatory roles in the signal transduction mediated by the receptor. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa41-201 from human TNFRSF1A at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in E.coli. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
