| Description | TNFRSF6B belongs to Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It acts as a decoy receptor that competes with death receptors for ligand binding. This protein is postulated to play a regulatory role in suppressing FasL- and LIGHT-mediated cell death and T cell activation as well as to induce angiogenesis via neutralization of TL1A. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa30-300 from human TNFRSF6B, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~32.1kD (294aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
