| Description | GPD1L belongs to the NAD-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase family. Defects in GPD1L are the cause of Brugada syndrome type 2 (BRS2) and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to 117aa from GABARAPL1, fused to GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Molecular Weight: ~14kD Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
