| Description | Murine RELM-alpha (Resistin-like molecule alpha/FIZZ1) is a new member to the family of adipocyte secreted proteins called adipocytokines. Both RELM-alpha and Resistin share high sequence homology in their C-terminal signature domain. However, both Resistin and RELM-alpha’s biological function as well as its molecular target is largely unknown. Recombinant Murine RELM-alpha is a 10kD protein consisting 88 amino acid residues.
