| Description | IMP-3, a member of the insulin-like growth factor-II (IGF-II) mRNA-binding protein (IMP) family, is expressed mainly during embryonic development and in some tumors. IMP-3 is considered to be an oncofetal protein. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human IMP-3, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
