| Description | Human myoglobin is a 17.5kD protein which transports oxygen from the sarcolemma to the mitochondria in heart and muscle cells. Source: Purified myoglobin, from human heart. Molecular Weight: ~17.5kD Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoassays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
