| Description | Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to Rhesus macaque SAA1, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 104aa expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~11.8kD (104aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human monocytes using a concentration range of 1-10ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞1x10e5IU/mg.
