Description			Control Peptide for R2031-62N Rictor is a component of a protein complex [mTORC2] that integrates nutrient- and growth factor-derived signals to regulate cell growth. Rictor also plays an essential role in Akt phosphorylation and signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: blocks the antibody activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
