Description			Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human Cu/Zn Superoxide Dismutase, a homodimer, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 189aa with 10x His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~20kD (189aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The potency/mg was tested by Pyrogallic Acid method and was found to be more than 10,000Units/mg.
