| Description | SYT11 also known as synaptotagmin-11. The protein may be involved in Ca2+-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles through Ca2+ and phospholipid binding to the C2 domain or may serve as Ca2+ sensors in the process of vesicular trafficking and exocytosis. A synaptotagmin potentially involved in Parkinson ́s desease and schizophrenia. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa37-431 from human SYT11, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
