| Description | The Forkhead Box (Fox) proteins are an extensive family of transcription factors that share homology in the winged helix DNA-binding domain and the members of which play essential roles in a diverse range of developmental processes as well as cellular proliferation, differentiation, and longevity. The Fox factors are especially important in the establishment of the body axis and the development of tissues from all three germ layers. Sequence (linear): PGLRPQTQTSYDAKR Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and or Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
