| Description | Sequence (linear): AGAPNNRWREE KLF4 is a transcription factor which acts as both an activator and repressor. This protein is expressed principally in erythroid tissues and found predominantly in gut. KLF4 is involved in the differentiation of epithelial cells and may also function in skeletal and kidney development. Purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and or Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
