| Description | Control peptide for P3127-05 Sequence (linear): Synthetic peptide, aa198-213 RMKWKKEEDKKRGGGT Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: 5-10ug control peptide per 1ug of IgG or 1ul of antiserum Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
