| Description | Mash1, also known as achaete-scute complex-like 1 (ASCL1), is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors. It is required for neuronal commitment and differentiation. Sequence (linear): ADGQPSGGGHKSA Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and or Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
