| Description | Sequence (linear): Synthetic peptide of rat Barx1. aa sequence 103-117, PGEPGTKAKKGRRSR (MW = 24kD). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and or Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
