| Description | 1. This product is sensitive to all kinds of oxidants, should avoid being polluted when use. 2. Do not insert pipette tips directly into tubes for liquid extraction. Pour out the required amount of liquid. Do not return the remained solution to the original tube to avoid being polluted. 3. Operate it in dark. Avoid using metal containers or contaminated containers with bacteria or oxidants. It is recommended to use plastic container for sub-package solution. High concentration of HRP may lead to TMB turns green or red, or get precipitate after adding stop solution, in this way, it is recommended to reduce the concentration of capture or HRP conjugated antibodies, or shorten the incubation time. | ||
