| Description | Control peptide for S6505-16B. Source: Synthetic peptide surrounding aa318 of rat SREBP1. Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: Incubate the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
